Northwest Special Education Cooperative has the
following openings for the 2017-18 School year:
  Physical Therapist:  Duties: provide educationally relevant
physical therapy to students in a school-based environment; provide
consultation to teachers and other support staff to encourage/
reinforce gross motor needs; complete initial and re-evaluations and
write corresponding reports to assist IEP teams in creating a useful
picture of a child’s abilities; collaborate with IEP teams in making
educationally sound decisions related to student programming and
special education eligibility; complete documentation associated with
student performance; and provide on-going support to parents and
school staff regarding special education processes and procedures.
The qualified candidate holds a Master’s degree in physical therapy,
as well as the appropriate State of Illinois Physical Therapist license.
  Occupational Therapist: Duties: provide educationally
relevant occupational therapy to students in a school-based
environment; provide consultation to teachers and other support
staff to encourage/reinforce fine motor and sensory needs; complete
initial and re-evaluations and write corresponding reports to assist
IEP teams in creating a useful picture of a child’s abilities; collaborate
with IEP teams in making educationally sound decisions related to
student programming and special education eligibility; complete
documentation associated with student performance; and provide
on-going support to parents and school staff regarding special
education processes and procedures. The qualified candidate holds
a Master’s degree in occupational therapy, as well as the appropriate
Sate of Illinois Occupational Therapist license.  
  School Social Worker:  Duties: teach social skills to student
with disabilities; provide individual and small group therapy service as
per IEPs; provide outreach services to families of students; participate
on IEP teams for both initial- and re-evaluations for special education
eligibility; be a liaison for families regarding information/community
resources; serve as a key member of the Response to Intervention
(RtI) team; and provide leadership in initiatives and programs relevant
to social services for students. The qualified individual holds a
Master’s Degree in social work, with a focus in school social work,
as well as the appropriate Illinois Professional Educator License with
an endorsement in School Social Work.

The Banking Center Manager is responsible for driving the sales culture and achieving overall sales growth goals
for the banking center.  Responsible for developing new business through outside & inside sales activities and provide leadership and coaching for sales teams.  The Banking Center Manager develops
strong relationships and has a leadership presence within the area served by the banking center.
Business Development:
1. Grow loans, deposits and other financial products/services. Develop
and grow a portfolio of profitable business and retail customer relationships.
2. Manage and deepen relationships with individual and small business clients, inside and outside of the banking center
3. Be active in the community at board leadership levels, building networks among Centers of Influence, community leaders and business

Team Related:
1. Lead the team’s sales activities and build/maintain a proactive sales.
Coach and mentor the banking center staff based on the Skills Development Pathway
2. Refer new business to applicable areas.
3. Participate in joint calls with other bank product partners/specialists.
4. Track and report all sales calls on a monthly basis.
5. Monitor and use CRM reports to identify small business client relationship depth and size; identify new cross-sell opportunities
6. Work with Retail Banking Manager to establish annual banking center
growth goals and develop strategies to achieve dollar, account, and
product goals.
7. Research and develop marketing opportunities unique to the banking
center.
8. Direct activities involving implementation and establishment of
services and functions.
