No. 2014-CH-1 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above cause on November 13th 2017, the Sheriff of Jo Daviess County, Illinois will on April 18th, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in the County Board Room located at the Jo Daviess County Courthouse, 330 N. Bench Street, Galena, Illinois 61036, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, as set forth below, the following described real estate: Lot 11 of Shenandoah Unit 10 of Branigar's The Galena Territory as located in Sections 28, 33, and 27; all in Township 28 North, Range 2 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Guilford Township, Jo Daviess County, Illinois; according to the Plat thereof recorded September 06th, 1979 as Document No. 153059 in Plat Book 14, pages 90, 91 and 92 and now located in Plan Hold B of Plats, Nos. 53-B,54-A & B, 55-A & B and 56-A. TAX PARCEL NUMBER: 43 08 110 011 00 (Lot 11) The above real estate is an improved lot commonly known as: 21 High Ridge Run, Galena, Illinois, 61036. Sale terms: 25% due by cash or certified funds at the close of the sale payable to the Jo Daviess County Sheriff. No third party checks will be accepted. The balance, in certified funds/or wire transfer, is due within 24 hours of the sale. No fee shall be paid by the mortgagee acquiring the residential real estate pursuant to its credit bid at the sale or by any mortgagee, judgment creditor, or other lienor acquiring the residential real estate whose rights in and to the residential real estate arose prior to the sale.
