Public Notice CITY OF EAST DUBUQUE PUBLIC INFORMATION AND INPUT MEETING NOTICE Master Plan for Proposed Improvements Gramercy Park (North) The Gramercy Park Foundation, and the City of East Dubuque cordially invite you to attend a Public Information and Input Meeting concerning the Master Plan of Gramercy Park (North). Thursday, October 10, 2019 4:30 pm East Dubuque City Hall 261 Sinsinawa East Dubuque, IL 61025 The intent of the meeting is to gather input from residents and stakeholders on future improvements at Gramercy Park (North). The purpose of this project is to assist the Foundation with developing a conceptuallong-range master plan for the Northern Section of Gramercy Park that may include (but not be limited to) improvements such as a gathering area, scenic overlooks, access and hiking trails, a bridge connector, and a parking lot. The meeting will begin at 4:30 pm to review a draft of the Plan, followed by a period for questions and comments. Representatives from the Gramercy Park Foundation, the City of East Dubuque, and project consultant will be present to discuss the project and answer questions. An opportunity to offer comments during the meeting or in writing after the meeting will be provided.
