On Tuesday, Nov. 8th members of the Midwest Medical Center Auxiliary gathered in the Midwest Medical Center’s lobby for the initial trimming of the tree to prepare for the annual Tree of Love project. This project offers community members an opportunity to honor and remember loved ones during the holiday season by making a donation. By doing so, a personalized ornament is placed on the Tree of Love. Donation envelopes with more information for the project are available in the MMC lobby and gift shop, many area banking facilities and The Galena Gazette. A printable donation form is available at bit.ly/3U0EqKK on the MMC website. Auxiliary members pictured left to right are Jane Yoder, Pam McKinsey, Rita Ersfeldt, Lori Prantner, Rose Lorenzen, Mary Kay Holmes, Sharon Westenfelder, Bernadette Spurr, Donna Ferry, Diane Siese and Lorelei Mitchell.
