GALENA–James Harrison Coffey, a man with a brilliant mind and a heart of gold, left us far too soon last Friday. At the young age of 23, James passed away on March 10, 2023. While our hearts ache with his loss, he now knows peace.

CUBA CITY, Wis.–Glenn R. Burrows, 60, Cuba City, Wis., passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Southwest Health Center, Platteville, Wis.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 31 at United Methodist Church, Cuba City, with Pastor JoAnn Meyer officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 3-7 p.m. Monday, May 30 at Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City. ELIZABETH–Donald L. Stadel, 70, Elizabeth, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023, as the result of accidental drowning in the Mississippi River near Ferry Landing, rural Galena.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Friday at the Miller-Steinke Funeral Home in Scales Mound and from 9:30-10:15 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at the Scales Mound United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Libby Rutherford officiating.
