SAVANNA–Carroll County Substance Education Coalition (CCSEC) will be providing the Illinois Liquor Control Commission’s Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 10 am at Poopy’s Pub and Grub, Savanna.
