CLINTON, Iowa–Jan Phelan, 59, of Clinton, Iowa, passed away Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016, at her home.
Services were held Wednesday, Nov. 16 at the Christ Episcopal Church, Clinton. Burial was in Glendale Cemetery in LeClaire. Pall bearers were Jay and Brady Jarrett, Rob and Dean Montgomery and Steve Alley.
