DUBUQUE, Iowa–Melvin L. Heins, 84, of Dubuque, formerly of Galena, died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2017 at his home.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 3 at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, with Sister Margaret Anne Kramer officiating.
