Plans for deer hunt move forward
GALENA–The Galena City Council is moving forward with the archery deer hunting season Oct. 1 through Jan. 20.
The council voted 5-1 at its Monday, July 23 meeting to approve city-owned and private property hunting sites within the city limits.
