As a way to help the public to get a better idea of where the new Galena & U.S. Grant Museum will be located on the Stillman property off Bouthillier Street, Charles Marsden and Dan McCarthy recently moved the stakes to more accurately represent the four corners of the new facility. The museum will relocate from its present Bench Street location to the new site, perhaps as soon as 2021. Detailed planning for the new museum, including space utilization plans, architecture drawings, building models, building plans, construction, exhibit design, program strategies, relocation, and the fundraising campaign are moving forward.
