GALENA–After a courageous battle with a rare and debilitating neurological disease, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Charles Frank Primrose, 75, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020, at the Galena Stauss Senior Care Community in Galena.
A celebration of Charles’ life will be held at a later date. As per his wishes, Charles' ashes will be scattered by his children in several places close to his heart (watch out Wrigley Field!).
