FREEPORT–Charles Allen Osterday, Sr., 92, Freeport, passed away at the Monroe Clinic Hospital on Feb. 19, 2022.
Cremation rights were accorded, and family graveside services will be held at a later date at Union Grove Cemetery in Darlington, Wis. with the intent of military honors. Memorial money will be given to the Stockton Fireworks Committee.
