GALENA–David William Phillips, 73, Galena, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 17, 2019.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 7 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2019 at the Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena, where family and friends may gather after 3 p.m. Military honors will be accorded following the service by Galena VFW Post 2665 and American Legion Post 193. Burial will be held at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of David to Hospice of Dubuque, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or a charity of choice.
