DUBUQUE, Iowa–Lawrence “Larry” J. Rosenthal, 82, Dubuque, formerly of Galena, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021.
According to Larry’s wishes, no public services will be held.
Leonard Funeral Home and Crematory, Dubuque, is assisting the family.
