OTTAWA, Ontario–Mary Ellen Herbert passed peacefully on Wednesday, April 7, at her home in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, attended by her brother, Paul Hardy Herbert, and her dear friend, Chantal Fortier.

A joyous celebration of her life will take place when possible.
