DUBUQUE, Iowa–Colleen C. (Timmerman) Thiltgen, 93, Eagle Point Place, Dubuque, Iowa, formerly of Menominee, passed away at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022, at Eagle Point Place surrounded by her family.
Mass of Christian burial was held Nov. 7 at the Nativity BVM Church, Menominee. The Rev. Dennis Vargas and Rev. Andy Upah were concelebrants. Burial was in the church cemetery.
