HAZEL GREEN, Wis.–Duane E. Knautz, 81, Hazel Green, Wis., passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022 at Edenbrook Care Facility, Platteville, Wis., surrounded by his family.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 7 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Hazel Green, Wis., with Fr. John Blewett officiating. Burial will be in the St. Francis de Sales Church Cemetery in Hazel Green. Family and friends may call from 3-6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6 at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, Wis., and also on Monday from 9-10 a.m. at the funeral home.

The Haudenshield Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Cuba City, Wis., is serving the family.

In lieu of plants and flowers, a Duane E. Knautz Memorial Fund has been established. Memorials may be mailed to Haudenshield Funeral Home, c/o: Duane Knautz Family, Box 825, Cuba City, WI 53807.
