Galena Center for the Arts opens new exhibits

The Galena Center for the Arts announces the opening of exhibits in both their main Regional Artists Gallery and recently opened Special Exhibit space. The main gallery will house a variety of artwork, while the Special Exhibit space will present works with a “Fantasy” theme.

An opening reception is planned from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29. Refreshments available. Live music will be provided by cellist Philip Bergman, principal cellist of the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra. Admission is free, donations are appreciated.

The exhibits will be open to the public Thursdays through Sundays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. until Nov. 1, and 1 p.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 2-19.

The exhibit is sponsored by Eagle Ridge Realty.
