ASBURY, Iowa–Joan M. (Tranel) Ricketts, 75, Asbury, Iowa, formerly of East Dubuque and Menominee, died Sunday June 11, 2023 following an acute illness at Mercy One Dubuque Medical Center.

Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 15 at St. Mary’s Church in East Dubuque, with the Rev. Dennis Vargas officiating. Burial will be in the East Dubuque Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 3-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14th at the Miller Funeral Home in East Dubuque, where the parish prayer service will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
