GALENA–Judge William Austin Kelly III, also known to his childhood friends and family as Gary, 77, Galena, passed away peacefully at his home on Dec. 9.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 6, at Chestnut Mountain Resort, 8700 W. Chestnut Mountain Rd., Galena, IL 61036, in the Mississippi Vista Room. Friends may gather to share food, spirits and memories of Bill until 5 p.m.
