2008: First Community Bank breaks ground

10 years ago: July 16, 2008 First Community Bank of Galena announced its plans for a new bank building on the corner of U.S. 20 and Franklin Street in Galena. The two-story building is being designed by the Durrant Group, Dubuque, Iowa.


‘A heart of gold’

GALENA–Clifford “Cliff” Davenport was no stranger to responsibility and certainly not an outsider to the community.
